HVO blends are not visible from the outside without data sheet! Every „Diesel B7“ fuel pump could contain an HVO blend.
The B7 label is a standard specification and says nothing about the actual HVO content, which can be well over 7%.
Up to an HVO content of approximately 26%, HVO blends in Europe comply with the standard diesel standard DIN EN 590 (above this, DIN EN 15940 generally applies).
Some HVO blends start at 7-10% HVO. Most offerings in Europe have between 15 and 45% HVO content, and even higher levels in the USA.

HVO also reduces local emissions when used as an additive, depending on the percentage blend.
